Where you’ll be
The Coach House is a relaxed, dog-friendly space designed for easy stays by the coast. Set within our converted stone barns at Pantier, it blends original character with simple, thoughtful touches to make it feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Inside, you’ll find a light, open living space with a log burner for slower evenings, along with a well-equipped kitchen for everything from quick breakfasts to longer, laid-back meals. A downstairs double sofa bed is also available on request, offering flexible sleeping arrangements (additional charges may apply).
Upstairs, there’s a king bedroom with views towards Newgale, alongside a twin room that works well for children or friends.
Outside, the private enclosed garden is ideal for both dogs and little ones, with space to sit out after a day exploring. There’s also an outdoor tap for muddy boots and paws after walks straight from the door.
The Coach House is perfectly placed for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast – whether that’s beach days at Newgale, coastal walks, or heading further afield. It’s a space designed to feel easy, practical and welcoming, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Getting around
We’d recommend having your own transport to make the most of the area, especially if you’re planning to explore different parts of the coast. There are local buses that run through Roch and along the coast, and taxis are available if needed, but having a car gives you much more flexibility day to day. Parking is available on site, and EV charging can be arranged on request.
Neighborhood
Pantier sits just outside Roch, in a quiet spot that works really well for exploring both North and South Pembrokeshire. Newgale is five minutes down the road – a big, open sandy beach that goes on for miles. It’s great for walks, sea swims or just getting some fresh air. Dogs are welcome all year round too, with a small section restricted in peak season.
There are also walks straight from the door. You can follow the footpath all the way down to the beach if you fancy a longer wander – it’s really quiet and peaceful, and you often won’t see many other people. The local pub is about a mile away and easy to get to. They brew their own ales and do really good, simple pub food – perfect after a day out.
If you head north you’ve got Solva and St Davids, and heading south takes you towards Nolton Haven and beyond. Porthgain, Abereiddy and the Blue Lagoon are all about 25–30 minutes away and always worth a visit.
Despite being close to everything, Pantier itself feels tucked away – somewhere you can properly switch off and relax when you get back.
