About us
We’re Molly and Lewis, and Pantier is our home. In 2025 we moved back to Pembrokeshire, returning to Lewis’ childhood home to raise our two boys by the sea, along with our bearded collies, Jessie and Reggie. Alongside working as doctors in the NHS, Pantier has grown from a long-held idea into something very personal to us.
We wanted to create somewhere that feels calm, comfortable and thoughtfully put together – the kind of place we’d always choose to stay ourselves. Time here is shaped by the coast. Most days off are spent on the beach or walking the footpaths, and that sense of space, simplicity and fresh air has naturally influenced how we’ve designed the cottages.
We care about doing things properly – from the small details to the way we run things day to day. Sustainability plays a big part, as does working with local suppliers and keeping everything in tune with the surrounding landscape. More than anything, we want Pantier to feel easy and welcoming. Somewhere you can properly switch off, settle in, and hopefully come back to again.

How we started
Lewis grew up in Pembrokeshire, and even after leaving for university he was always drawn back to the coast. Over the years, every visit reminded us how special this place is. Eventually, we took the leap—moving our family, work, and two bearded collies down to West Wales so our children could grow up with sandy toes, sea air, and wide-open beaches.
Welcoming guests to holiday cottages has been a dream of ours for years. After travelling the world and collecting unforgettable Airbnb experiences along the way, we knew we wanted to create our own little haven for others—a place where people could relax, explore, and feel at home.
Our team
There’s no big team behind the scenes — just the two of us, running Pantier with a lot of love (and plenty of coffee). We’re lucky to have a wonderful local cleaner who helps with our changeovers, but otherwise it’s very much a family-run operation.
Wherever we can, we work with local — or when that’s not possible, Welsh — businesses, and we choose sustainable options at every step. Supporting our community and caring for the environment are at the heart of how we run Pantier.
