About us
We’re Molly and Lewis – a doctor duo living our dream here at Pantier with our two young children and our two very friendly bearded collies, Jessie and Reggie. We both work in the NHS, and when we’re not busy with family life or medicine, you’ll usually find us on the coast, exploring Pembrokeshire’s beaches and footpaths.
Sustainability and eco-tourism are at the heart of everything we do. Pantier has been our lifelong ambition – a place where we can welcome guests to stay somewhere beautiful, thoughtful and rooted in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Having travelled widely around the world, we’ve brought home the things that meant the most to us: warm hospitality, attention to detail, and the feeling of arriving somewhere that truly cares about your experience. We hope Pantier becomes a place you’ll return to again and again.

How we started
Lewis grew up in Pembrokeshire, and even after leaving for university he was always drawn back to the coast. Over the years, every visit reminded us how special this place is. Eventually, we took the leap—moving our family, work, and two bearded collies down to West Wales so our children could grow up with sandy toes, sea air, and wide-open beaches.
Welcoming guests to holiday cottages has been a dream of ours for years. After travelling the world and collecting unforgettable Airbnb experiences along the way, we knew we wanted to create our own little haven for others—a place where people could relax, explore, and feel at home.
Our team
There’s no big team behind the scenes — just the two of us, running Pantier with a lot of love (and plenty of coffee). We’re lucky to have a wonderful local cleaner who helps with our changeovers, but otherwise it’s very much a family-run operation.
Wherever we can, we work with local — or when that’s not possible, Welsh — businesses, and we choose sustainable options at every step. Supporting our community and caring for the environment are at the heart of how we run Pantier.
