The Dairy is a one-bedroom cottage designed as a quiet, comfortable space for up to two guests. Set within our converted stone barns at Pantier, it’s somewhere to slow down and switch off.
Inside, the space is simple and thoughtfully put together, with an open-plan living area, a log burner for cosy evenings, and a well-equipped kitchen for easy, relaxed stays. The kitchen window looks out across the fields towards the coast, bringing in plenty of light and a sense of space. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the ensuite features a walk-in shower with underfloor heating – keeping things warm and comfortable year-round.
Outside, there’s a private patio area with views across the surrounding fields – a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or a slower evening after a day out. The Dairy is pet-free and tends to suit those looking for a quieter escape. It’s well placed for exploring the coast, but just as good for staying in and taking things at a slower pace.

Getting around
We’d recommend having your own transport to make the most of the area, especially if you’re planning to explore different parts of the coast. There are local buses that run through Roch and along the coast, and taxis are available if needed, but having a car gives you much more flexibility day to day.
Parking is available on site, and EV charging can be arranged on request.
Neighborhood
Pantier sits just outside Roch, in a quiet spot that works really well for exploring both North and South Pembrokeshire. Newgale is five minutes down the road – a big, open sandy beach that goes on for miles. It’s great for walks, sea swims or just getting some fresh air.
There are also walks straight from the door. You can follow the footpath all the way down to the beach if you fancy a longer wander – it’s really quiet and peaceful, and you often won’t see many other people.
The local pub is about a mile away and easy to get to. They brew their own ales and do really good, simple pub food – perfect after a day out.
If you head north you’ve got Solva and St Davids, and heading south takes you towards Nolton Haven and beyond. Porthgain, Abereiddy and the Blue Lagoon are all about 25–30 minutes away and always worth a visit.
Despite being close to everything, Pantier itself feels tucked away – somewhere you can properly switch off and relax when you get back.
